Shipping & Handling:
Usually we need 1-2 days to process the item and prepare to ship it. According to your country, we will use the DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT express company, the tracking number can be offered.
The shipping fee has included the local handing and packaging cost. We will ship the item base on your paypal address. If your address is P.O.BOX, please give us your physical address at best.
Please note we're unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. The fees of import duty/tax are not included in the item price or shipping fee, these are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local custom office to determine what these additional costs would be before payment. And these fees are normally collected by the delivery company, when you pick up item.
We can not mark item as "gift", since USA and international government regulations prohibit such behavior, thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy:
Dear friend, every mobo is very valuable to us, please know that we won't send bad products to our customers, but in case you need replace or refund, please read folloing policy.
1. Refund.
Refund can be accepted in 7 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package with all the accessories in it. When you shipped back, please give us tracking number. We'll refund your money, as soon as got the returned package.
2. Replace.
Replace can be accepted in 30 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package, needn't return any accessories. When you shipped back, please give us the tracking number. We'll resend another mobo to you, as soon as we got the returned package.
3. Both shipping cost.
The cost of item shipping back is buyer's responsibility, the resend shipping cost is seller's.
4. Wrong order.
Dear friend, I think you have thought over before bought the item. But in case you got a wrong mobo, please first check out your order form, whether we sent a wrong mobo or your ordered a wrong mobo. Please note if you order wrong, we don't accept the refund or replace.
